Full Job Description :
As a title specialist, you are responsible for working closely with clients to obtain or replace missing or damaged documents and follow up with internal stakeholders. and / or external to resolve any disputes that prevent us from fulfilling their requirements. . The title expert identifies the problem and creates a case to track the progress of the resolution. You have to think carefully and analyze all the ways to solve the problem quickly, leaving nothing that prevents you from achieving success.
We are looking for a team member who is bright and customer service oriented and comes to work every day with a positive attitude. You learn quickly, follow instructions well, remain highly focused and organized. Brand-name professionals are at the heart of the group and drive commercial and used vehicles.
What To Do:
Review failed documents and explain the decisions needed to quickly submit a permit
Report an issue preventing naming rights through the case management tool
Communicate directly with customers to resolve missing document issues
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve name issues
Organize and manage the booking process
Quickly become an expert in the vehicle title transfer process in any state and understand the solutions available to overcome obstacles during the process
Record and send names and documents to qualified stakeholders
Rename complex names from all US states and territories
Request a check as required for the title application
Review, complete and submit certification applications as required by the state DMV
· Open and save all types of information
What To Bring:
· 2+ years of professional industry experience, bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in an administrative role, sales or automotive title is preferred
· Highly detail-oriented and organized
Intermediate experience with Excel, Outlook and Word
Notary public is preferred, but not required
