Full Job Description : 

A graphic designer helps with graphic development, branding and design. This person also contributes to conceptual work for products, packaging, brands, materials and various marketing platforms. Main functions:
Work closely with team leaders and planners to achieve project goals in designing and creating graphics and layouts
Creates designs with strong technical capabilities that meet multiple functions
Various design skills in logo design, script and packaging
Proposes creative ideas to team leaders and creative coordinators
Performs all design tasks based on customer and Hobby Lobby customer needs while adhering to departmental technical standards.
Meet all deadlines while juggling multiple tasks
Keeps knowledge of the design process up to date
Use patience and common sense to solve problems effectively
He works closely with peers and sets the tone for interactions between groups
Keeps work area clean and orderly
Adhere to all technical safety standards and procedures, including the use of PPE (personal protective equipment). Contributes to the team effort by working with the right attitude
Fits in with other jobs and activities

Job Description – Requirements

Strong understanding of print design and production
Ability to start on your own and work with minimal supervision
