Netflix is looking for Content Creators with gaming experience to help push the boundaries of gaming. This role works closely with a global team of other designers and writers, product developers, product managers, engineers and strategic partners. Play competitive games on Netflix access to millions of members worldwide. As our gaming experience continues to grow, we are looking for a full-time content developer to lead our new mission of exploring and improving our members’ access, discovery, and gaming experience on Netflix.
The ideal candidate should have experience in content design, UX writing, and content strategy, and the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment. They will be motivated, proactive, cooperative and with great attention to detail. They are also able to prioritize their work, communicate effectively and represent their work to stakeholders. Of course, they will have passion and passion for the game.
Note:
This is an overview of the game UI on the Netflix service, not a place to write the game content itself.
role:
Initiate, define and lead new content creation projects, from concept to execution, for all gaming products.
Work with designers (content, visuals, interactions, navigation) and model writers to explore and improve the gaming experience on Netflix. -Write UX copy for Netflix UI products and create content to show how to play on Netflix.
Use data to conduct research for A/B testing and qualitative research to inform content creation decisions that engage and retain viewers. -Choices and options in design while following existing game descriptions and instructions.
Add and update existing game content and templates as needed. – Communicate content creation work to key stakeholders, team members, and other content creators and writers for input and feedback.
Identify work design principles and action limits to facilitate and use discussion.
