The main purpose of this service is to provide full support to our customers working on the same day on site and locally and nationally, ensuring that they meet all the requirements for the service and the contract of our customers and deliver the desired business results. Our same-day division focuses on estimated shipments that do not fit within our standard network, and therefore requires a customized service for our customers. You will be responsible for managing costs, identifying profit opportunities if they are good, maintaining a continuous culture within the site one day, meeting and performance goals more than that, the compliance of the suppliers in the network and the presentation of the results to the management.
Main Functions:
Ensure that operational efficiency is aligned with the objectives of the division and the customer. Maximize all operational resources to ensure all collections and deliveries are completed on time and cost effectively.
Ensure all company KPI’s are met and exceeded. Ensure that direct payments are managed within the agreed budget.
Ensure drivers and suppliers promote a professional image to all FedEx customers. He is responsible for resolving all complaints/issues raised by the customer.
Ensure all contracts under your command are operating at the highest level of service and operational/safety compliance. Exceed contractual SLAs and internal KPIs through regular monitoring and evaluation processes.
Ensure adequate communication to junior staff. Performs any other necessary duties at the request of the line manager to ensure the proper execution of the work.
Participate in industry-required refresher courses. Ensure that all company policies, procedures and regulations are followed in the company
