Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business management OR 1 year supervisory Walmart experience OR 2 years outside leadership experience leading a team of five or more supervisors and/or employees.

To complete a board-approved program or an undergraduate pharmacy technician program. Must become a state-registered pharmaceutical technician in practice within one year of starting the job.

Financial acumen Possess knowledge of: relevant financial and business management terminology, metrics and key performance indicators; shareholder value drivers; specific industry trends and best practices in finance; financial challenges due to environmental, industrial and economic factors and impacts on strategy, organizational plans and stakeholders. Be able to perform the following responsibilities: Understands financial metrics drivers impacting business and the impact of drivers on business results. Perform analyzes based on independent reasoning to draw appropriate conclusions. Analyze business and financial data and support the implementation and monitoring of business plans that enable the achievement of financial goals. Communicate analysis results to different audiences. Understands the impact of factors and trends that can affect financial performance.

Safety Knows: safety culture requirements; hazard identification and control systems; participation of workers in safety requirements; safety education and training. In order to carry out the following responsibilities: Inspect Manufacturing / Warehouse working environments for potential safety breaches within an assigned area. Determine the appropriate actions to take when security breaches are detected. Use personal protective equipment required or recommended for personnel. Performs audits and maintains security team tracking logs. Responds to first aid situations and accidents according to standard procedures.

Project Management: Possess knowledge of: problem solving/decision making Be able to: develop, prioritize and coordinate work plans, review schedules, costs, expenses, milestones, communications and documentation of the project. Follow project management methodologies by tracking and monitoring work, holding project teams accountable to deadlines, ensuring milestones are met, etc. Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks, prioritizing and ensuring resolution of critical issues. Create communication plans that determine the level of communication, frequency, detail and distribution of status updates; and minimizes the impact of changes.

Data collection and analysis Knows: data collection processes and standards; data analysis techniques; data reporting tools. Be able to perform the following responsibilities: Use basic methods and procedures for data collection and analysis. Review analytical results to ensure the quality and accuracy of data collection and analysis. Contributes to data collection and analysis for some health and wellness operations. Follows appropriate data collection and analysis methodologies and processes. Inform leadership of any difficulties that arise during the data collection process.
