Full Job Description : 

Maintains and processes shipments for the Club in accordance with company policies and procedures by developing and publishing delivery schedules;
collect and organize the receipt of reports; check the counts of the goods; route the goods to the appropriate locations; and payment of expenses.
Receives the goods for the Structure and organizes and maintains the Reception area following company procedures, using equipment
correctly; marketing; and complete the required documentation. Track and process claims when returning damaged goods; goods handling in customs clearance; maintenance and cleaning of the evacuation area; AND
using technology to capture required reports and documentation.
Maintains facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines; perform security checks; following the correct position of the forklift
procedures; follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following the company’s standard steel guidelines; AND
correct and/or report unsafe situations to facility management. Comply with the policies, procedures and standards of business ethics and integrity by implementing the related action plans; using the open door policy;
and apply them in the execution of business processes and practices.
Completing work assignments and priorities through the use of policies, data, and resources; Collaborate with managers, colleagues, customers and others
Business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; completion of the task; communicate progress and information; determine and
suggest ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt and learn from changes, difficulties and feedback.
