What To Do:

Retrieve images from shoots and prepare work for editing tasks
Works with graphics/materials to create engaging and effective marketing content and videos
Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders
Collaborate with creative directors, designers and developers to achieve team goals
Ability to incorporate feedback into your workflow process

Basic Qualifications:

Now under license
Valid from July 10, 2023 to December 15, 2023
Can be involved in working 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)

Candidate Qualifications:

A portfolio or example of relevant work.
Previous experience in video editing
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or a non-linear editor
Knowledge of After Effects and keyframe animation is a plus
Good understanding of video editing and visual effects technology
Attention to detail and reasonableness of arrangement
Must be able to work well on deadlines and pivot quickly
Be passionate about the publishing field and demonstrate a willingness to learn about new styles and technologies/programs.
Takes initiative and is creative/innovative in solving problems

Overview of Wayfair Sponsorship Programs

Based in Wayfair’s Boston headquarters, our sponsorship program is a six-month, full-time, paid program that runs twice a year from January to June and July to December. Through co-op programs, students have the opportunity to learn meaningful professional skills. experience in their area of ​​major or professional interest that aligns with the Wayfair business unit. While many Wayfair associates join directly from university programs, some associates join us through more professional and academic programs that require six months of work experience. All Boston-based faculty, co-ops, and office staff will serve in a hybrid capacity.
