The Craft Lobby Stores, Inc. is looking for an appropriate applicant to fill a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position in the corporate HR/Benefits Department. is a privately owned business with its main office in Oklahoma City.

The following are responsibilities:

Administration and communication of retirement plans (401(k), IRA, and Non-Qualified Plan), as well as health, life, long-term disability (LTD), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) benefits.

Issues relating to benefits and retirement programs should be investigated and fixed.
HIPAA Privacy Policy maintenance and administration.
Legal Plan Documents must be understood and interpreted.

Keep up with both routine and special reports.
For the Benefits and Leave of Absence teams, provide monthly call volume analysis and reports.
