American Express Travel Related Services Inc. Directors and product management are sought to develop a product strategy and vision based on client and business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a well-managed product roadmap. Establish the product’s objectives with stakeholders, establish priorities, and monitor its development, use, testing, and completion. Analyze and monitor the creation of thorough documentation of user requirements, which includes user journeys, functional requirements, and technical solutions for product features. Setting up deliverables and milestones, as well as identifying risks and issues, will help you to drive projects. Examine market trends and product usage, then compare your findings to those.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field, as well as five years of increasingly responsible experience with the creation of digital products and business analysis in an office setting. The applicant must have at least the following levels of experience: 4 years of experience developing, defining, testing, and implementing new technical features in a matrixed environment; 4 years of experience developing user stories, tying business requirements to them, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT); 4 years of experience working with web and mobile architecture and APIs; 4 years of experience with end-to-end IT program management; and 4 years of experience. It is possible to telecommute up to three days per week.
