How will your presence here affect things?

If you were a customer service representative, how would you spend your days?

Answer incoming calls while interacting and consulting with small business owners and decision-makers, learning about their needs, and recommending the ideal American Express SBS products.
Transmit superior product and service knowledge to effectively convey pertinent product benefits, features, and other American Express Small Business Services elements.
Continue to improve your key selling skills, such as getting to know customers, understanding their needs, handling objections, and closing deals.
Exceptional customer service is demonstrated when inquiries about accounts are answered quickly and efficiently.
Record the necessary account information by the established policies and procedures.
Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance requirements for servicing and sales procedures.

Mandatory Minimums.

Experience in providing customer service for at least two years, with a passion for building client loyalty through attentive listening, establishing relationships of consultation, resourcefulness, and efficient written and verbal communication.
being successful in sales and customer service for at least two years.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while being able to multitask effectively and navigate a web-based environment.
working experience in a virtual environment.
A high school diploma is a prerequisite. education benefits are available.
This position is open from 7:00 am EST on Monday through Saturday until 1:00 am EST on Sunday.

The expected hourly pay for this position is represented by the salary range shown above. In the end, we’ll calculate your pay based on your location, experience, and other factors related to your job.
