Full Job Description : 

Working under close supervision, in charge of a heavy volume of incoming and outgoing calls with customers, medical facilities, patients, or other service providers regarding the company’s goods or services. ensures prompt, polite service is provided to each contact. Duties may vary according to the designated department.

 The position’s duties.

•  Responds to routine, general questions and issues that are submitted by clients, medical practices, patients, and third parties via a limited variety of sources by adhering to established guidelines, standard SOPs, and procedures. uses all available data to decide on the best course of action and deal with client concerns. sends difficult questions and problems to higher-ranking staff members.
•  utilizes a computer program to keep a record of requests, monitor their progress, and check the status of tasks that require external coordination or follow-up. keeps a record of contact details, complaint information, remarks, and actions.
•  collaborates with other functional areas as necessary. sends escalated problems that can’t be fixed on your own to the departments for additional investigation.
•  Responds to queries or inform clients, the patient’s physician, third-party suppliers, or customers of an investigation’s findings and foreseeable changes.
•  provides information on one or more business lines.

•  A high school diploma or a GED.
•  Intermediate keyboarding skills (touch typing, at least 25 WPM, document formatting).
•  Basic PC skills include turning on and off a computer, using a mouse to point and click on programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and/or logging onto the internet.
•  Basic search engine skills include opening a browser, typing URLs in the appropriate places, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, using the back, forward, and stop buttons to navigate, and filling out online forms.

 Recommendations for qualification.

•  a year’s worth of experience working in call centers or centralized services.
•  knowledge of medicine or retail.

•  Having intermediate keyboarding skills (touch typing at least 35 words per minute, document formatting).
•  proficiency in both Spanish and English.
