Included in the main duties are.
The MileagePlus organization’s strategic growth initiatives will be supported by the senior specialist for non-travel partnerships by assisting with new loyalty alliances. This person will support a culture of customer service and continuous improvement in sales effectiveness in addition to having a thorough understanding of the MileagePlus value propositions, the sales process, account management and planning, and best practices for direct marketing.
Business development, experiential customer event strategy and execution, marketing campaign development and execution, offer and promotion development, financial management, general data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and communicate performance are among the main duties. Additionally, this position supports projects and outcomes that call for cooperation among the partnerships team members. To achieve results, cross-functional cooperation with Marketing, Media, Sponsorships, Sales, Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Legal is essential.
- Utilize a comprehensive understanding of current and potential MileagePlus partnerships to foresee needs.
- Examine the demands, then suggest fresh approaches.
- Recognize trends by compiling and analyzing data on previous partner sales performance.
- Inform the senior leadership team of the forecast and the results of the partnership performance frequently.
- Develop special customer experiences and partnership sales strategies in collaboration with a senior manager to raise brand awareness for goods and services connected to the advantages of the MileagePlus program and its alliances.
- To discover trends in productivity and efficiency, look over prior sales data.
- Share new information with the management group and team to help them support better sales performance.
- Gather and examine data to identify opportunities in the sales process and take proactive action to take advantage of them.

Qualifications.
The absolute necessities for achievement are:
