The absolute minimum requirements are education and professional experience.
- a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, technology, information systems (CIS/MIS), engineering, or a technical field closely related to it, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Over three years, of experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments.
- 3 years of professional, open-source, and design experience.
Qualifications that are preferred include education and prior work experience.
- possess a master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, technology, information systems (CIS/MIS), engineering, or a closely related technical field, or have the equivalent experience or training.
- 4 years cumulative experience using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Knowledge, Permits, and Certifications.
- knowledge of full stack development.
- experience using and being knowledgeable about the following technologies.
- J2EE technologies include Java, JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, and EJB.
- Database and persistence frameworks include Object/Relational Mapping, Oracle, Hibernate, and Query Performance Tuning.
- A cloud computing platform is Microsoft Azure.
- Tomcat, Websphere, and tcServer are three web servers.
- Web services come in the forms of REST, SOAP, JSON, WSDL, and XML.
- Both the Spring Framework and Spring Boot are frameworks.
- On the front end, AngularJS, ExtJS, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX are utilized.
- Build and deployment tools include Maven, Gradel, Git, Junit, and Mockito.
- Other tools used in dev operations include Slack, GitHub, Jenkins, ElasticSearch, Logstaash, Kibana, New Relic, Hygieia, SonarQube, and Fortify on Demand.
- Other: IDE for Linux/Unix shell scripting, JavaScript, IBM MQ/Rabbit MQ, Tivoli Scheduler, SQL Developer, and.
