- The Contact Center Planning, Reporting, and Operations Team is where this position is located within the Analytics and Data Science Division.

- creates standard reports and supports high-value analysis aimed at better understanding our customers and policies to improve the overall contact center experience and bottom-line revenue.
- In support of the business’s overall analytics plan, lead highly visible projects across various departments. Take part in the planning process.
- acts as the main point of contact for inquiries about data, metadata, and statistical analysis. serves as the owner of at least one contact center, customer experience, or service recovery data subject area.
- creates new data sources and oversees database improvements while acting as the point of contact between the Contact Center Planning team and the Data Engineering, Automation, and Analytics organization.
- Identify KPIs and data sources with business partners for newly created policies and products.

The minimum requirements are education and previous work experience.
- a bachelor’s degree in business analytics, statistics, math, computer science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- familiarity with data extraction methods and tools (SQL, SAS, Python, etc. ).
- being familiar with internal data warehouses (e. g. Use Mosaic to manipulate data and to extract, analyze, and report on it.
- knowledge of either PowerBI or Tableau, two data visualization programs.
The preferred qualifications are education and prior work experience.
- a graduate degree.
- two years’ worth of experience removing, examining, and modifying data from relational databases.
- data about Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
- knowledge of Python and related development environments (e. g. Jupyter, Spyder.
- either the Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification or the Tableau Desktop Specialist certification.
- Professional Analytics Certified by INFORMS.
Certifications, licenses, and skills.
- strong cross-departmental project leadership skills and project management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- having no trouble writing SQL queries in at least one SQL dialect (e.g. such as MSSQL, MySQL, etc. ).
- Amazing problem-solving abilities, including the ability to logically arrange a suitable analytical framework.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills as well as the capacity to work well under a variety of conditions.
