The minimum requirements are education and work experience.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, technology, information systems (CIS/MIS), engineering, or a closely related technical field is required, as is an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for four years, including designing, creating, and putting into practice large-scale applications in hosted production environments.
4 years of experience in the planning and execution of large-scale technology projects in an office environment.
four years of experience delivering SDLC solutions using ITIL, Agile, XP, or equivalent methodologies.

It is preferred that candidates have education and work experience.

possess a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, technology, information systems (CIS/MIS), or a closely related technical field, or have the equivalent experience or training.
experience in the airline industry with operational processes and supporting technology.
