Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Management of conflicts with customers
Support and monitor activities to investigate and resolve incidents and problems.
Support problem identification, escalation and implementation of agreed solutions and preventative measures.
Manage performance through testing, monitoring and prevention activities/projects.
Interact with product management, delivery and integration to create seamless functionality and support for customers while meeting quality standards.
Work with Service Managers, Product Owners, Product Engineers, Technology Development, Third Party Vendors and Data Quality to resolve issues and recommend and utilize process and technology development.
Contribute to innovation and automation
Identify joint venture risks, challenges, opportunities and needs
Review of data and/or provision of information to support review process and/or activities.
Communicate issues, preventative measures and solutions to Service Managers, Product Managers, Managers and Customer Service as required.
