•  Answer incoming calls while interacting, consulting, and learning about the needs of small business owners and decision-makers in order to recommend the best American Express SBS products.
•  To effectively communicate pertinent product benefits, features, and other American Express Small Business Services elements, provide superior product and service knowledge.
•  Continue to improve your key selling skills, such as getting to know customers, understanding their needs, handling objections, and closing deals.
•  It shows excellent customer service to respond to questions about accounts in a hurried, well-organized customer service environment.
•  Record the necessary account information in accordance with the prevailing policies and practices.
•  Integrity: Abide by all Regulatory and Compliance standards for servicing and sales practices.

 Minimum standards.

More than two years’ worth of customer service experience, as well as a drive to build client loyalty through good listening skills, the creation of consulting relationships, resourcefulness, and efficient written and verbal communication.
