We ensure a consistent experience for our customers by ensuring that products are in stock, available, reasonably priced and signed to market in our smaller stores. Professionals in operations, operations, processes and operations, this group is responsible for controlling all aspects of the store to complete tasks such as, but not limited to, checks, stocking, display and delivery. You will provide exceptional customer service, tailoring every experience and anticipating their needs.

Knowledge of key customer services and experience building a customer focused culture within the store
Experience with a business foundation including: departmental marketing strategy, pricing and promotion strategy, inventory management, operations and process improvement.
Experience supporting daily/weekly activities to support business priorities and achieve sales goals
As a junior member, no two days are the same, but a typical day will likely include the following activities:
Create a welcoming experience by genuinely greeting all guests
Take a look to quickly understand whether a customer needs help or wants to interact. Follow the body language and verbal signs to prepare your way. Engage with customers in a real way, which involves asking questions to better understand their needs.
Learn about the tools, products and services available across stores and specifically in your area to solve customer problems and improve their experience. Thank the customer sincerely and let them know that we are glad they chose to shop at Target.
Help the customers to complete the work with less customer problems
Works across all departments to ensure the retail floor is stocked, zoned and stocked for customers
Click and save the product to the point of sale
Make side changes, conversions, adjustments and marketing strategies for all departments
Perform weekly cost change tasks and ensure regular signatures and approvals are defined for all departments
Full review and system review services to ensure product integrity
Support execution of key and ISM variables
Manage internal and external signs including dumping waste and maintaining cleanliness of toilets, collecting vehicles, loading e-carts, RVM maintenance (if applicable) and dealing with internal spills market if required. Successfully complete all scenarios (ie daily deliveries, stock outs, manual requests and customer requests) and maintain stock from all departments.
Process all incoming deliveries (using a receipt) to ensure correct inventory
Perform daily and weekly audits of all back office facilities
Use electrical appliances only if they are switched on
Manage back office setup and location accuracy and follow equipment instructions
Follow the process in the right way, pay close attention to details, evaluate your own progress, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrate a culture of courtesy, safety and acceptance
Support customer services such as Emergency Cashier, Order Pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a culture of compliance while performing these duties, such as compliance on federal, state and local laws regarding alcohol for adults.
