The Content Distribution Coordinator is responsible for the efficient delivery of high-quality, cost-effective digital broadcast materials to customers in specific markets, within agreed timelines, technical specifications and location requirements. Demonstrating excellent customer focus and communication skills, the ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure is essential. The position requires strong project management skills and a strong interest in new technologies.

Role Responsibilities:

Account Manage the distribution of content on specific platforms and on all assigned projects.

Use technical skills and knowledge of formats, post-production and/or localization activities and different delivery methods to choose the most cost-effective and high-quality means of customer service and support. Negotiate programs with external suppliers, monitor and coordinate projects.

Communicate regularly with customers/platforms to understand their technological developments and where we can target our service and content to add value. Work closely with customers, the technical lead and the onboarding team to test new delivery formats, integrate new platforms and evaluate associated costs as needed.

Specific Tasks:

Review all assigned offers to determine delivery requirements, priorities, and identify costs. Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of technical materials and supplemental metadata to clients.

Search the Library System to establish the available elements and request the necessary movements. Generate accurate and timely internal and external orders.

Update and maintain records to reflect current material delivery status and customer specifications. Work with customers, content management and localization team, Burbank or suppliers to resolve material scraps and coordinate repair work and replacement materials.

Stock recall notifications and materials updated as needed. Provide support to Customers and Suppliers in the use of Disney and third party systems.

Collaborate with library management on proactive resource management. Send files through digital delivery utilities as needed.

Ensure customers are billed, where applicable, through designated systems. Other general activities:

Assist and contribute to: Team; Departmental meetings and communication.

Coordinate content delivery representation at larger corporate meetings as needed. Work effectively with colleagues across departments and other DLO EMEA members.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties. Maintain a strong understanding of technical developments in the digital media space.

Drive continuous development of knowledge of product roster, media types and territories including customers and market dynamics.

Required Skills/Experience:

TV distribution/post-production experience required

Experience in high definition and file-based technology, new media and electronic file delivery.

Experience working with New Media clients and platforms.

Excellent administrative skills essential

A high level of computer knowledge is essential
