This person will be a motivated and results driven store manager who will help train and develop staff to be the best they can be. They will be the manager of the store and will report directly to the owner. They will set standards for exceptional customer service and manage all aspects of store operations. They will walk the talk and become a GM. They will quickly adapt to change and can lead a team of bakers and a bakery that runs fast. They will be based on customer service and build relationships within the community. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with performance goals, deliverables, schedules, staff of all ages, and audit standards while remaining positive and customer focused.
This candidate will be excited to work for Crumbl and bring that enthusiasm to the job every day!
Is Required:
May work Monday through Saturday. There is no Sunday!
Previous management experience (2+ years)
