Full Job Description :
The Operations Manager is a key leader who supports the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving sales and operations while building customer confidence in CVS/pharmacies with a focus on good customer service. In the absence of a manager on site, the Operations Manager directs the store and the staff, ensures the smooth running of the store, and is responsible for the execution of procedures. all shops.
Important Functions:
1. Management
• Works well with store management and store team
• Supervise the store team by assigning, directing and following up on all items
events
• Effectively communicates information to and from store management and teams
2. Customer service
• Help customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Improve CVS customer service culture. (Hello, help and thanks)
• Manage all customer relationship issues in accordance with company policy
and promote a better shopping experience for all CVS customers
Provide feedback to colleagues on customized customer service training (e.g. mImpact training course; my customer feedback, personal assessment)
• Maintain client/patient privacy
3. Product/ Presentation
• Merchandise prizes
• Storage shelves
• Plan, print, sign and sign weekly merchandise,
promotional and seasonal items
• Plans, executes displays and maintains inventory on shelves
Permission Required:
Thinking skills, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication, observation and influencing skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, nights and weekends, work overtime as needed and respond quickly to store issues as they arise.
Eligibility Of Candidates:
Experience as a sales supervisor
Education
High school diploma or equivalent not required.
