Full Job Description : 

Essential Duties/Essential Duties:

1. Lead, manage, train and develop company employees with a focus on retention and growth
2. Supervises and directs the work of employees (including pre-shift) focusing on exceptional quality, customer satisfaction and safety performance by identifying and overseeing improvements.
3. Thoroughly investigate, record and educate employees about unsafe practices/conditions by immediately correcting them with corrective action if necessary. Provide feedback and participation to all stakeholders.
4. Coordinate daily operational requirements and establish procedures to ensure customer shipments are delivered and picked up on time without damage.
5. Communicate work and organization to all employees with clear and concise instructions.
6. Check the workload and make sure you follow the cut time
7. Analyze, evaluate and take all opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency while maintaining strict safety standards.
8. Help clients get referrals, quote information and schedule appointments
9. Analyze actual performance data and gather information for reports
ten. Build effective relationships and communication with all business partners to ensure customer and company service standards are met
11. Identify moving loads and irregular loads in the classification
12. Ensure all OS&Ds are identified and properly configured
13. Perform administrative duties as required
14. Follow all applicable company rules/regulations and policies/procedures
15. Perform other duties as needed

Eligibility:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to travel as required
