Performs various customer, administrative and counter duties that require a direct and indirect customer interface. phone service. One way or another supports different business reports. Clients are also treated with locked packages. Maintains and reviews assigned records and files (air bill). Check airfare and check-in if necessary. Liaising with customers and customs related issues. Provides administrative and clerical support to the Station Operations Manager. Inspects packages to ensure proper name, regulation of contents including weight and size, proper packaging, insurance policies, special requirements for shipping dangerous goods, and compliance with customs documents required at destination will go. Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of work area/counter, personal and clothing. Identify new customers or other business opportunities, open new accounts, receive additional shipments and submit sales leads. High school diploma / equivalent. Previous clerical or customer experience in a service environment or 18 months experience as a service representative. Good general office skills required including writing, filing and computer knowledge. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. A voice that speaks clearly and boldly. Bones are clean and in good shape. Ability to pass the reading, listening, processing and math sections of the technical skills test. Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and maneuver any package up to 150 lbs. (68 kg) with proper equipment. Fluency in language and writing in the local language and demonstrated proficiency in the English language, as determined by the TOEIC test results. Minimum TEOIC score of 450.
