Full Job Description :
We are looking for a Project Manager for our Production Operations team to develop and support the team’s processes and strategy development. This position will report to the Director of Operations in Los Angeles and will work with the production team, including studio logistics, studio transportation, props and paper equipment. responsibility
Successful candidates are self-motivated, quick-witted, flexible, focused, able to juggle many different responsibilities with key organizational responsibilities, and without thinking about growing. This is a demanding, fast-paced position that requires a proactive and positive mind with good judgment and the ability to take initiative. The ideal candidate is a good communicator (both verbal and written) who can explain the content of the document clearly and concisely and who is comfortable working with partners.
Role:
This role is responsible for developing team processes to be efficient and effective, as well as coordinating with production operations, production planning, body design and other joint ventures. Some key roles:
Work with the production team to develop and improve internal operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with project partners to create work and workflows in production documents and additional internal functions (e.g. manufacturing, document delivery).
Create/develop memos, slideshows and presentations to communicate team ideas, status, priorities and initiatives.
Work with legal and financial stakeholders to manage contracts/documents required for vendor engagements, asset sales/leases, etc.
Develop and maintain a data tracking strategy and process to ensure regular reviews and updates.
Contribute to design, development and technology for security, I&D, etc. We bring knowledge and expertise to your existing processes to optimize and evolve them.
Eligibility:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that supports multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to respond after hours to critical, timely or urgent issues
