Full Job Description : 

Improve sales, profitability and store image through proper merchandising, securing store assets, recruiting, training and developing team members, and modeling and delivering a distinctive and enjoyable customer and patient experience.

Job Responsibilities/tasks:

Monitor and analyze the customer service provided by team members. Offer reminders, training and encouragement, and develop action plans for improvement in both retail and pharmacy.
It welcomes clients and patients of the clinic and offers assistance with products and services. Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to provide a distinctive and enjoyable customer and patient experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and service characteristics Walgreens (e.g. proactively offering help, identifying needs, satisfaction service, etc.).
Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to special customer needs.

Operations:

Oversees store and pharmacy operation including opening/closing/shifting, delegating duties and scheduling team members.
Oversees cash control of the store including ledger counts, bank withdrawals, armored car recalls, security deposits, change orders, and oversees all aspects of accounting including general ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records. Oversee merchandising by planning and implementing sets, refurbishments and overhauls of basic departments and end stands, display tables and promotional spaces, utilizing multiple pricing discounts, signage, advertising, promotional items, seasonality, etc.
Analyze inventory trends and monitor inventory management, including item ordering, inventory retention, and inventory reduction, and leverage company resources to prevent outages and overstocking. Oversees receipt, storage, pricing, return and transfer of merchandise.
Ensures the implementation of operational feedback by the District Manager. Implement store organization through proper hiring and placements, work assignment scheduling, and delegation.
Ensures shop/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; respond to emergencies. Manages the operations of the assigned venue, including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the sale of alcohol, tobacco, fresh food, and pharmaceuticals.
Ensures staff have a working knowledge of all IT and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, StoreNet, Intercom+, etc. Ensure that all system problems are answered by contacting IT support.
Comply with all company policies and procedures; Maintains respectful relationships with his colleagues. Complete special assignments and other assigned tasks.
