We are seeking a lead-level product designer to help us redefine what it means for Netflix subscribers to interact with one another through games. Playing video games with friends, family, and other people who share your interests and passions is fundamentally about sharing experiences. Netflix Games, which is already the home to dozens of well-liked and highly regarded mobile games, aims to increase happiness for our hundreds of millions of members globally. Building a large, active gaming community with a common love of play is the aim.

Responsibilities.

Establish a strong, informed design stance and a vision that will unite the organization.
locating, defining, and advancing innovation initiatives and product features from conception to launch.
Working with a small team of designers and cross-functional partners is necessary for exploring, testing, and developing community gaming experiences for Netflix.
Working together with both internal and external game studios will help to design and implement new platform features that can be used widely.
To achieve successful execution, own the entire design process, from initial concept development to UX specifications and excellent UI designs, and work closely with cross-functional partners to strike a balance between polish and timeliness.
