As a Starbucks Shift Reviewer, you will model the store values that define our Starbucks experience. You will lead each shift, working with a team of baristas to deliver excellent customer service and well-crafted products. You will be in a dynamic business environment where you will be able to make a positive impact and lead others, maintain an encouraging team environment, and develop your leadership skills. Customer service experience in retail or restaurant – 1 year
Basic Qualifications
Maintains attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Shift hours may be worked which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations, including serving safe food and beverages, financial management, and safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customer requests and satisfaction
Prepare and supervise the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or recipe for customers, including processing variables such as temperature, number of ingredients or substitutes.
At least six (6) months of experience delegating work to other workers and/or coordinating the work of two (2) or more workers.
