This position and role supports Disney Youth Programs Sales and Service activities, as well as reporting to the Youth Services Stream Youth Programs Manager to support bookings in Hong Kong and overseas, also to support program development, program operation, reserve. Guided by the system and referral, coordination and execution of local and foreign schools and youth groups to participate in Disney youth programs for educational and musical celebrations and performances. In this role, the Associate Specialist is expected to prepare youth related business reports and support number analysis, program booking trends and district penetration numbers, and work closely with various teams to provide with administration of bookings, payment and ensuring the smooth and satisfactory arrival of groups.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage relationships with principals, teachers and youth leaders, via telephone, email, introductions and face-to-face meetings, providing them with clear and concise messages in an effort to promote and sell youth experiences at Hong Kong Disneyland.
· Assist the leader in evaluating youth questionnaires, youth figures and reports, and conduct research on current education trends and reforms to improve, develop and manage future programs. · Assist and support the leader in the analysis, improvement and operation of the program to ensure that the designed youth products are better suited to the needs of the Hong Kong market
· Consult principals, teachers, youth workers, etc. during the sales call (email and phone) to determine the best plans for the group after a discovery process and address stakeholder concerns and requests
· Support the Youth Sales Team in using data in OSS, building youth databases, as well as support analysis of youth reports for planning sales strategies and tactics.
Office administration and administrative support, including meeting arrangements, taking meeting minutes, ordering/picking up and maintaining office supplies, courier deliveries, preparation and arrangements for equipment distribution , the organization of filing systems and other related activities. job requirements
High school diploma or higher in any relevant discipline
Strong experience working in management with a customer service role
Presentable in business, strong problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
