This NOC Technical Analyst invests in the future of Southwest and their operations by supporting our NOC customers using proven processes and products. The Operations Control Center (NOC) is Southwest’s world-class office that serves as the heart of the decision-making and planning process, and there is representation from every functional group in this space. This analyst will work closely with the NOC team and executives, as well as technical partners, product owners/various users, and company members to perform ticket analysis, prioritizing work to fix production speech, organizing actors to release change, and others.
