 The following are the main duties.

The Senior Manager- Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) is a technical leader tasked with implementing revolutionary features for our CIAM program. You will collaborate closely with numerous teams across the airline to put best-in-class customer identity solutions into place that secure, amplify, and enhance the digital experiences and assets of our customers. The Sr. The manager of customer identity and access management is in charge of overseeing the management and use of United’s CIAM procedures and tools.

  •  Participate in the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) roadmap and vision, and put it into action.
  •  Implement CIAM program management, governance, and control technical teams to guarantee alignment with strategy and vision.
  •  Establish metrics that drive corrective actions to make sure CIAM solutions are achieving security and business objectives.
  •  To add value, improve the customer experience, and secure our digital assets, we must constantly innovate and improve our CIAM capabilities.

 Qualifications.

 The following are the minimum requirements for success:

  •  CIAM technologies, procedures, and capabilities for at least four years.
  •  3 years or more of experience in managing and developing teams and individuals.
  •  CIAM capabilities were developed/implemented, and multi-functional execution was led to see projects through to completion.
  •  Comprehensive knowledge of CIAM controls, technologies, and standard methodologies (LDAP, user directories, certificates, SAML/OAUTH, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, FIDO, WebAuthN, PKI, Passwordless).
  •  working knowledge of identity verification, fraud detection, and fraud prevention technologies.
  •  possessing knowledge of a CIAM platform, such as ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, or Auth0.
  •  understanding of CIAM concepts in a cloud-first environment.
  •  having some working knowledge of Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  •  Understanding of PCI, SOX, and EU-GDPR regulations for CIAM.
  •  Understand how to persuade technology teams to deliver an efficient customer identity experience.
  •  experience influencing groups and partners without having direct control over them.
  •  individuals and leaders at various levels who have received coaching and can produce quantifiable results.
  •  Objectives were met by identifying trends, instigating changes, and contributing knowledge and suggestions to strategic plans.
