- In this hybrid position, you will be on-site for three days per week and work remotely for two.
- You will receive in-depth classroom instruction, ongoing on-the-job training, and coaching to help you learn about the banking procedures, regulations, and services provided by Wells Fargo.
- It will take 4-6 weeks to complete the training. From Monday to Friday, CST. You must take part in this paid training for the full 4-6 weeks.
- Business requirements will determine your regular work schedule, which will include working some holidays and at least one weekend day.
