Assume the position of the Customer’s representative, and be in charge of working with Product Management and other stakeholders, including other Product Owners and other Teams, to define and prioritize the Team Backlog so that the solution successfully addresses program priorities while maintaining technical integrity. Attend meetings for backlog/vision refinement, planning, and product management. impart mentoring to the APO and PO.

Traveling might be required for training sessions, meetings, conferences, etc. to fill this position at a remote office. Outside of those necessary visits, the majority of your working hours may be spent away from our Corporate Campus. Responsibilities.

By collaborating with business partners and product managers to jointly develop a roadmap, agile teams can quickly move products and features from concept to launch.
Work together with senior stakeholders and clients from across the organization to inform the product’s vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
Transform the features of the product roadmap into a set of precise product requirements, which should include the features, user stories, and acceptance test requirements for a variety of products or complex solutions.

Make sure the development, construction, and implementation of integrated solutions are under control and that their functionality satisfies business requirements.
Coaching and mentoring other Product Owners in different Agile Teams will help them to create, refine, prioritize, and maintain their Team backlogs.
Before being reviewed, approved, and used to direct iteration content, user stories must be prioritized and deemed complete.
Communicate dependencies, risks, and issues while defining and ranking the best solutions to complex problems.
Scrum ceremonies like iteration planning, reviews, and demos are just a few of the things that Product Owners and Scrum Masters should effectively execute.
