Oversee the production and operations of the 2nd shift to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and manage the performance of the 2nd shift team to meet production goals and targets.
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the 2nd shift team.
Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Communicate effectively with team members, colleagues, and superiors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Identify and troubleshoot any production or operational issues that may arise and implement solutions to resolve them.
Maintain accurate records and reports of production and performance metrics.
Manage and optimize resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet production demands.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.

Job Qualifications
Previous Supervisory Experience: Candidates For A 2Nd Shift Supervisor Role At Toshiba Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Their Team, As Well As Other Departments And Upper Management. They Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Ensure Clear And Effective Communication.
Knowledge Of Production Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Production Processes And Equipment Used At Toshiba. This Will Enable Them To Troubleshoot Issues And Make Informed Decisions To Ensure Efficient Production.
