Basic Qualifications:
- Experience creating knowledge bases with clear, concise, and visually appealing content.

- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to report issues via appropriate channels.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Mastery of written and spoken English.

- 3+ years of experience managing content projects of medium to high complexity.
- Experience working as part of a global team.
- Experience creating content for translation and localization.
- Experience in editorial and peer review processes.
- Experience in project management.
- Advanced understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
