Position: Weekend Scheduler (with occasional weekdays)
Job Description: We are looking for an outgoing, competitive, and personable individual to join our scheduling team. As a Weekend Scheduler, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from both clients and caregivers, ensuring schedules are aligned to meet the needs of our clients. This position will require a self-starter who can work independently while being part of a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from clients and caregivers.
- Schedule caregivers for shifts based on availability and client needs.
- Collaborate with the Scheduler and General Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Document and update schedules accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and caregivers.
- Think strategically and take initiative to solve scheduling challenges.
- Maintain strong communication with the team and clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-disciplined.
- Previous experience in business development or sales (preferred, but not required).
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in scheduling or similar roles is a plus.
Job Types:

Pay: $14.62 – $17.61 per hour
