Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to align the business unit’s vision, mission, and strategy with a robust people strategy.
HR Support: Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support to employees and managers.
Global Initiatives: Lead HR initiatives for internationally distributed teams, ensuring alignment across regions.
Talent Development: Develop and implement talent strategies focusing on growth, employee retention, and engagement.
Recruitment: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee global recruitment efforts.
Headcount & Budgeting: Manage headcount budgets in collaboration with the business unit head and finance.
Employee Experience: Work with the Employee Experience Manager to organize team bonding events and cultural initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP, particularly in high-tech, R&D, product, or security environments, and managing diverse teams.
Global Exposure: Experience working in international companies with a global, distributed workforce.
HR Expertise: Strong experience in organizational development, guiding management on HR-related matters, and using data-driven metrics.
Fluency: Proficiency in English is essential; Hebrew fluency is an advantage.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Collaborative Mindset: Team-oriented with a passion for innovation and adaptability.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science or a related field is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.
