Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to align the business unit’s vision, mission, and strategy with a robust people strategy.
- HR Support: Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support to employees and managers.
- Global Initiatives: Lead HR initiatives for internationally distributed teams, ensuring alignment across regions.
- Talent Development: Develop and implement talent strategies focusing on growth, employee retention, and engagement.
- Recruitment: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee global recruitment efforts.
- Headcount & Budgeting: Manage headcount budgets in collaboration with the business unit head and finance.
- Employee Experience: Work with the Employee Experience Manager to organize team bonding events and cultural initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP, particularly in high-tech, R&D, product, or security environments, and managing diverse teams.
- Global Exposure: Experience working in international companies with a global, distributed workforce.
- HR Expertise: Strong experience in organizational development, guiding management on HR-related matters, and using data-driven metrics.
- Fluency: Proficiency in English is essential; Hebrew fluency is an advantage.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
