Todays’ workforce management is driven by AI-based co-pilot business models made at Kwant.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Management Trainee to join our innovative team at FairConstruct Construction Solutions Pvt Ltd..

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.E. / B.Tech Civil; PG in Construction Management (preferred)
  • 0- 3 years prior experience in construction management (optional)
  • Good verbal and written English
  • US Return candidates or candidates with experience in the US construction industry will have an added advantage
  • Technically sound with the Google Suite (especially Google Sheets)
  • Ability to be flexible with the variety of tasks
  • Broad mental ability and open to learn
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Project Management processes, software and systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee complete cycle of a construction project for commercial and residential construction projects
  • Be actively engaged in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation
  • Ability to perform a large project decomposition – divide and subdivide the project into smaller manageable parts and ability to communicate effectively with the customer
  • Keep a check on project budgets and expenses, staffing, scheduling and safety management and document reasons for variances if any.
  • Raise concerns or bring forth smoother and more efficient methods of doing a site execution activity.

SALARY: Rs. 25,000 – 30,000 in hand per month (based on interviews)

LOCATION: Hybrid (Willing to locate to Bhopal in near future)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
