Responsibilities:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the latest social media trends across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Analyze Algorithm Updates:
Stay updated on algorithm changes for key social media platforms and assess their impact on engagement, reach, and performance metrics.
Competitor Analysis:
Study competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our social media approach.
Content Insights:
Provide data-driven insights to the content team to optimize posts for maximum visibility and engagement.
Daily Updates:
Deliver concise and actionable reports summarizing daily social media updates, trends, and potential implications for our brand.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to ensure alignment with research insights and recommendations.
Tool Mastery:
Utilize social media monitoring and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar to extract actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in social media research, digital marketing, or related roles.
Skill Set:
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Personal Attributes:
A keen eye for emerging digital trends.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
