Job Description: Customer Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Hours: 20-25 hours per week (nights and early mornings, overlapping EST and PST)
Compensation: ₹8,000 fixed monthly salary + ₹300 one-time bonus for every new client onboarded
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients (parents/students) and introduce online tutoring services.
- Schedule and coordinate demo lessons with prospective students.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion into enrolled students.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- A laptop and proficiency with online tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Basic understanding of the tutoring/education industry.
- Flexible to work during nights and early mornings.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹7,900.00 – ₹8,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 4 per week
