Job Responsibilities:

• Assist students in selecting suitable study programs and universities abroad.
• Provide guidance on admission requirements, application processes, and scholarship opportunities.
• Review and assess student applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct counseling sessions (in-person/online) to understand student preferences and career goals.
• Coordinate with universities and educational institutions for admissions and application updates.
• Guide students through visa application procedures and documentation.
• Stay updated on international education trends, university policies, and visa regulations.
• Support students in preparing SOPs, LORs, and other required documents.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and progress.
• Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and events to attract potential students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Counseling, or related fields preferred).
• Prior experience in student counseling or study abroad consultancy is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of international university admission procedures and visa guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
