Associate- Fashion Designer (Freshers, Female)

We are looking for passionate and creative Female Fashion Designer Associates (Freshers) to join our team at Kochi & Thrissur showrooms. This role is ideal for fashion graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the luxury fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist customers in styling and selecting outfits based on their preferences.

● Provide expert advice on fabric, design, and customization options.

● Work closely with designers to understand collections and craftsmanship.

● Manage fittings, alterations, and ensure a seamless client experience.

● Support visual merchandising and store presentation.

● Keep up with fashion trends and contribute creative inputs for styling.

● Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

● Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in fashion retail/design.

● Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.

● Strong interest in luxury and designer fashion.

● Excellent communication and styling skills.

● Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
