Full job description

  • Key Responsibilities: TRUCKING COMPANY EXPERIENCE (2 YEARS)
  • Accounts Receivable:
  • Manage and monitor incoming payments.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Accounts Payable:
  • Process and record invoices.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure accuracy.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Calculate and prepare salary statements for drivers based on miles driven.
  • Manage payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and issues.
  • Workers’ Compensation:
  • Manage WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) and WCB (Workers’ Compensation Board) claims and records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and filing requirements.
  • QuickBooks Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.
  • Enter and process invoices.
  • Generate financial reports as needed.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping:
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local financial regulations.
  • Maintain organized and thorough financial records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
