Front Desk Receptionist

Full job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Greet clients and provide them with superb customer service.

 Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such

as pens, forms, and paper.

 Answer all client questions and incoming calls.

 Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.

 Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.

 Monitor, organize and forward emails.

 Track and order office equipment and supplies.

 Maintain records and files.

 Oversee some aspect of the account.

 Assist Students throughout their, Discover, Compare, Connect and Apply journey and until

they commence their course.

 Participate in status meetings and functions as well as liaise with other Educonnect

department and team members as required.

 Report to Country Manager Ahmedabad.

 Continue enhance Knowledge of Test Preparation, Australian education systems and

enrolment processes

 Develop rapport and trust to cultivate ongoing professional relationships

 Ability to focus, self-manage and time manage

 Enhance the learning and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
