Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with posting job openings on job boards, social media, and the company website.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and schedule interviews.
  • Participate in the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
  • Prepare new employee welcome kits and assist in conducting orientation sessions.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
  • Assist in gathering employee feedback through surveys and support the HR team in planning engagement strategies.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist with data entry and updating HR databases.
  • Policy and Compliance:
  • Assist with research on HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Support the development and revision of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Help organize training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Track and maintain training records and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
