Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job openings on job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and schedule interviews.
- Participate in the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
- Prepare new employee welcome kits and assist in conducting orientation sessions.
- Employee Engagement:
- Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
- Assist in gathering employee feedback through surveys and support the HR team in planning engagement strategies.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Prepare HR-related reports and assist with data entry and updating HR databases.
- Policy and Compliance:
- Assist with research on HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Support the development and revision of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Learning and Development:
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Track and maintain training records and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
