Lead and manage technology implementation projects throughout the city, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with various city departments to assess their technology needs and develop solutions to enhance their processes and operations.
Conduct thorough research and stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to continually improve the city’s technology landscape.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to city employees on the use of new technology systems and tools.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all technology implementations.
Identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and proactively address them to minimize negative impact.
Coordinate and conduct training sessions and workshops for city employees to ensure successful adoption and usage of new technology systems.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology implementations and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed on industry best practices and standards to ensure the city’s technology implementations are in line with them.
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to implement new technology solutions and manage their performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technology Implementation Or Project Management.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle And Project Management Methodologies.
Experience In Analyzing Complex Technical Requirements And Designing Effective Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
