Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond promptly to service calls.
Ensure all work is completed according to safety protocols and industry standards.
Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues regarding service requests and project updates.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide the best service possible.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades to HVAC systems.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites.
Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and report any necessary repairs or replacements.

Provide guidance and support to less experienced technicians as needed.

Job Qualifications
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations Related To Hvac Systems.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Commercial Hvac Maintenance And Repair.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing A Variety Of Hvac Equipment, Including Chillers, Boilers, And Air Handling Units.
Certification In Refrigerant Handling And Epa Universal Certification.
