As a Multi-Skilled Technician/Carpenter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients’ facilities. We are looking for an individual who is not only highly skilled in carpentry, but also possesses a diverse set of technical skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on various carpentry projects within our clients’ facilities, including but not limited to installation of fixtures, doors, windows, and cabinetry
Utilize a diverse set of technical skills to troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and identify any potential maintenance needs or safety hazards
Coordinate and communicate with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects
Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites to ensure a safe and secure environment for all individuals
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
Stay updated on industry standards and techniques to continuously improve skills and provide the best possible service to our clients
Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain efficient operations
Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions for clients’ facilities management needs.

Job Qualifications
Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints And Technical Drawings.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Construction, Carpentry, Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Various Carpentry Techniques, Including Framing, Trim Work, And Cabinetry.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes And Safety Regulations.
Flexibility To Work On A Variety Of Projects, Including Both New Construction And Renovation Work.
