Lead the mobile engineering efforts for CBRE Group, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest mobile technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our solutions and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans for mobile engineering initiatives.
Manage the development lifecycle of mobile applications, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Serve as a subject matter expert for mobile development, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Mentor and coach junior engineers, helping to grow their skills and knowledge in mobile development.
Monitor and analyze mobile performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and impactful mobile solutions that meet client needs.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in mobile development, incorporating them into our processes and strategies.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing within the mobile engineering team.

Job Qualifications
Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Other Building Systems.
Prior Leadership Experience, Including Managing A Team Of Technicians And Coordinating Maintenance Projects.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Building Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Tenants, And Team Members.
