Manage and monitor the servicing of commercial real estate loans in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure efficient and effective loan servicing processes.
Conduct thorough analysis of loan documentation, financial statements, and payment histories to identify any discrepancies or issues.
Monitor and maintain loan data and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with clients, borrowers, and internal teams to address any inquiries or concerns related to loan servicing.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of loan servicing operations.
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to loan servicing.
Prepare and present reports and presentations on loan servicing activities and performance.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely loan payments and reconciliations.
Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to loan servicing.
Collaborate with other departments to assist with loan modifications, refinancing, or other loan servicing activities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software Programs.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Loan Servicing Or Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Loan Documentation And Loan Servicing Processes.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data.
