Communicate with clients and building occupants to address any HVAC concerns and provide necessary solutions.
Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and replacements performed on HVAC systems.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to continuously improve our services.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate HVAC maintenance schedules and resolve any issues.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary tools, equipment, and materials for HVAC maintenance.
Train new team members on HVAC maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Adhere to company standards and policies to maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all work performed.

Job Qualifications
Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field: A Hvac Engineer At Cbre Group Should Possess A Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Similar Field To Demonstrate A Strong Foundation In The Fundamentals Of Engineering.
Relevant Work Experience: Cbre Group Prefers Candidates With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hvac Engineering And Facilities Maintenance. Experience In A Similar Role At A Commercial Real Estate Company Is A Plus.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hvac Systems, Building Codes, And Energy Management. Proficiency In Autocad, Revit, And Other Relevant Software Is Also Desired.
Certifications: Cbre Group Values Candidates With Certifications Such As Professional Engineer (Pe) Or Certified Energy Manager (Cem). These Certifications Showcase A Candidate’s Expertise And Commitment To The Field.
